Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 8, 2025

At Sister Is Fine, we value your time, energy, and trust. Our offerings are crafted with care and intention to support your healing and growth journey. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before booking services, registering for events, or purchasing digital products.

1. Coaching Sessions

All coaching session sales are final. However, we understand life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule:

  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule your appointment.

  • Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled, except in emergency situations (please contact us directly).

We want to honor your time and ours, and we appreciate your commitment to the process.

2. Workshops & Events

Due to limited space and preparation, we do not offer refunds for workshops or events. However:

  • If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future event if you notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • If the event is canceled by Sister Is Fine, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future date.

3. Digital Products (Downloads, Workbooks, Courses)

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. These items are instantly accessible and cannot be returned.

4. Merchandise

  • We offer exchanges only for damaged or defective items.

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and the item must be unused and in original condition.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise noted.

5. Exceptions

We are committed to ethical, compassionate business practices. If you feel your situation warrants special consideration, please don’t hesitate to reach out. While all sales are final as stated above, we will always listen and do our best to respond with fairness and care.
