Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During sales, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. If there’s a delay in fulfilling your order, we’ll contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You’ll be able to view your shipping rate before completing your purchase.
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only. If you’re outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email us at [insert your contact email] to discuss possible accommodations.

Please note: once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way. If you don’t see your email, check your spam or promotions folder—or feel free to reach out.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
We’re not liable for packages lost, stolen, or marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we understand how frustrating that can be, so if something goes wrong, please email us—we’ll do our best to support you in filing a claim or finding a resolution.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns at this time. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at heysis@sisterisfine.com, and we’ll gladly work with you on a replacement or solution.
